What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

The biggest difference is that coaching is more focused on a singular goal and is future oriented. Therapy is more about decreasing symptoms and increasing functioning. 

Do you offer a sliding scale?

Short Answer: No. However, it is my goal to create access to the healing I provide so I am always open to a conversation if you are simply unable to afford my fees.

How long do we meet?

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes each, once a week.

Coaching sessions are 30 minutes, unless otherwise stated in our agreement.

Yoga and mindfulness varies from 30-60 minutes, depending on the practice and your package.
