Hi, I'm Kaylin. I'm your

Burnout Therapist.

Burnout is the feeling of exhaustion that you get from having a never-ending to-do list, not enough time or money, and pressure to keep going as if we aren't living in a world full of systemic blocks that keep you on the hamster wheel.

Burnout is emotional, physical, and mental.

Burnout focused therapy can help.

My approach to therapy for burnout

At Quiet Strength Therapy, I provide burnout therapy using a holistic, whole-person approach that addresses both the mind and body. Burnout, chronic stress, and emotional overwhelm often develop over time, especially for high-functioning individuals who are used to pushing through. Therapy focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself, establish healthier boundaries, and learn how to rest without guilt.

I use a mindfulness-based therapeutic approach to help clients understand the thought patterns, nervous system responses, and lived experiences that contribute to burnout.

Sessions offer a safe, structured space to explore both internal beliefs and external stressors, while developing practical skills for emotional regulation, stress reduction, and sustainable well-being.
